Person, artist, model, work of art - Danila Polyakov has always been an enigma of Russian art reality. Danila’s complex individuality, his empirical and visual experience, collaboration with the world's top fashion houses are reflected in the author’s fantastic projects. We revealed Polyakov’s approach to creative process through at first glance incompatible materials - noble brocade and velvet, vintage organza with plastic and kitchen oilcloth. “Sport”, a new exhibition of Danila Polyakov, is an ironic portrait of the modern world with its simultaneous need for luxury and cheap thrills. Danila’s exhibition is an intricately cut and embroidered with beading thread portrait of each and every one of us, because that's the way the author sees it.
